Quickloading crates seems to pick up items on crate's tile. - Clarks - 11-19-2013
When you quickload from multiple tile sometimes it seems to have skipped some tiles, but if you wait long enough, it will eventually also load items from those tiles.
Separately, I had a crate stuffed with a lot of cerenkite (radioactive), I used quickload to pick up some syreline, and got a massive dose of radiation. That is likely from quickloading, making me handle the cerenkite already inside the crate.

Still a thing. A lot less serious, since things are generally faster than in 2013, but still very much a thing.
