Add Manta command uniforms to Oshan Laboratory - Blahowksy - 02-06-2022
I think it'd be fitting since they are supposed to be naval style clothes and Oshan Lab is working in water like Manta, well maybe not a ship but I think they'd be fitting and I just really like how they look. Miss u naval coat

Some of the clothes boxes are full but they can maybe just be in the lockers, loose?

Every command person has a locker in their rooms so yeah that seems good enough.
