I've been trying my hand at bug fixing, and occasionally stumble across issues that are both no longer reproduceable on local and have an obvious PR or commit that fixed them. In these instances I would value being able to close the issue - even though I leave a comment with 600+ issues it could be a while before someone with the correct permissions comes across them!
