No, not E. I mean something like pressing a keybind to swap the items you’re holding to the other hands, would be convenient for something such as hand dependent surgeries

I think there used to be a keybind for the oft hand on middle mouse click, where clicking someone with that key used whatever was in the non-selected hand

There was, but Singh removed it back in 2012 for being kinda weird and akward.
