make it so you wont go into it if you click it, happened way to many times for me and other players alike trying to put an artifact on a tile and accidentally flushing yourself down

I already mentioned this to Kubius for Kondaru, and they made a PR for it, it can be merged after the feature freeze!
Are there other maps that have a similar issue?

Floor flushers changed so clicking on them doesn't make you fall into them. It was there apparently because it was "funny". :/

a good thing about it was when I was acting up in the brig, and wanted to pull an officer into it so that i could run through the open door, if i tried to pull them onto it id fall in instead.
