Multiple microbomb bug - Lavastage - 11-01-2013
It appears that when someone has more than one microbomb implanted, you can only pull one microbomb out. you cant pull out the others.
what happened: traitor was sent to crit. before borging they dug out a microbomb first just to be sure. then dug around some more. nothing came out, they thought they were good so they removed his brain. long story short not all of the microbombs came out.

Lately pulling out implants isn't actually removing their effect. I think this is the problem more than him having multiple implants.
