As the thread says, I think glow sticks should be brighter than they are currently.
Currently they are just meh at lighting up places or even being a useful light source to walk around with. With them being brighter they could actually be quite useful in emergency situations to light up a station for when all the power is gone, lights blown out or whatever else happens that needs lighting.
If the lights are blown out you gotta have some light tubes to replace em, glow sticks could be a good in-between to fixing dark places and may be even the only temporary solution if the electricity is out.

Yeah sure, they're not great atm, agree with this
Alternatively a flare box for sale in cargo that lights much brighter but is a fire hazard
