I'm pretty sure the dabbing was originally intended to only remove all your limbs, not gib you like the bible fart.
Frankly, why would you even have a second way to die when you can just as easily do the first via farting, if you chosen the Athiest trait, thats on you.
Literally what I do for maximum carnage is dab and then fart.

It was never reverted. Pls search before saying stuff like that, if it doesn't work in game rn it means it broke at some point and you should make a bug report
