The number one problem with the Strelka isn't the Strelka itself, but people taking its weapon and sticking it in an indy pod.

I see no problem with it.
With pod wars people get more experience at handling pods and to be honest security and the armory got all the tools necessary to strike down an indy pod as well.

If you want the best weapon in the game style wise you should have to use the cool pod it comes in. Probably should make it also able to be stuck on Pod Wars pods.

it did get nerfed to be as good as the shotgun bullets damage-wise, so its not "The best" anymore.

The shotgun bullets have a much shorter range.

Agreed, it should be impossible to remove from the strelka.

if you try to put the prismatic lasers into a non-strelka pod it should cause the engine to blow up

You can obtain strelka weapons in pod wars so adjustments would have to be made for that.

honestly this is a good idea but the meat strelka should start suddenly working if you put the strelka lasers on it
