About the PR
give the hop the manta jacket on all maps, new styles for the manta jacket when using the alternate jumpsuit feature, and a claimable grey suit and dress


Why's this needed?
the naval jacket being locked to manta is a shame, its a fantastic peice of clothing and should be avilable on all maps. because it spawns on the hop, it should also be given an alternate jumpsuit style, which it has been given. a claimable grey suit has also been added to compliment the color of the alternate style and to give the hop another option for their wardrobe.

(*) hop manta jacket is now added to all maps along with a alternate jumpsuit style - hop now has a their precious special jacket on all maps
(+) added in a claimable grey suit for the hop to wear - now you can look slightly less tacky while working
(+) added in alternate styles for the hops coat - wear it on your shoulders with pride by pressing "c" while holding it
