heres my take on a weapon for the hop
its a desk fan, that has the property of being able to be used to push people and things away (like the jannitors vacuum but in reverse)
How far? does it make people fall down?

I think the idea is funny, but doesn't really work as a weapon you'd carry around and aim at people.
The first thing that came to mind for me was a desk fan put on the table of Customs/HoP's work station with the ID scanner that he can flick a switch and have it turn to blow on someone else flinging them away from the desk.
