Merchant PDA Notifications - Kamikaze Mongoose - 03-23-2021
I like to go to the traveling merchants every time they come by and sometimes I don't notice when they come. I get busy and the announcement doesn't play a jingle (I think?) when it arrives or leaves, so I miss it and then feel bad afterwards. It'd be fancy if it had a message group you could opt into that gives you a beep when they're going to come, when they've arrived, and when they're going to take off.

It should really have a station announcement audio like the shuttle.
I think all events should do, would feel more appropriate for an announcement.
