Get triple drunk, say goodbye to liver.
Use to make some drinks.
Make by mixing 3 ethanol with 1 napalm goo.

I assume feeding someone Moonshine would be what you want yes? Its deadly to drink if you arent the barman I think.

Not based on job but antagonist status. If traitor or spy gives 10 units of omnizine on ingest. If not then it decays into 5 units of ethanol every cycle (total of 25 ethanol per unit) and triples the effect of ethanol.

Well that sounds about right for what they want if you could make it yourself. Dunno if anyone would want that to be craftable though.
