Special Unarmed Attack: Kicks - Frank_Stein - 03-19-2021

You know how weapons have special attacks? Well so does unarmed fighting. 

I was thinking, why not add some more flair to fighting and adjust the current unarmed attack into something more tactical. A kick.

The idea is, a kick would be an attack effective situationally. Performing a kick would

1. Apply throw force to on up to 3 objects on the tile it hits
2. Move pushable objects a few tiles forward and cause them to collide with the environment


Performing a kick should leave you open to a counter attack by incurring some kind of penalty, like making it easier to land a critical attack on you shortly after, to make you only want to use them when there's an advantage to win.

In practice, I'd like to see situations like kicking someone back to trip over something, or kicking things to crash into other things, kicking weapons across the room, a grenade back to it's owner, or even to knock things over for cover

Sounds interesting, would cows have stronger kicks?

Maybe but with a twist like they kick in the opposite direction? Mutant specific special attacks would be an interesting concept.
