The fact is this must be added imagine sitting there and a clown car hits you out of no where. NOW imagine hearing a screen shaking honk while pies have been deployed in your face now that's a real clown car experience.

Addendum: Any occupant should be able to activate these, not just the driver

Speedboost would kinda be to OP then, you could just activate it once you got trapped and crash the driver into a wall
make all of the others passenger and drive allowed tho

Also I personally think it should be purely cosmetic, save for the volume based on the number of people in the car.
And I should note that this thread probably should not be derailed into other clown-car related things unless they're on the topic of the horn, just to prevent it from completely derailing entirely.
