About the PR
Adds the two varients of mime clothing to Geoff Honkington for purchase. Both come in their own fancy box! For a smooth 100 dollars each.
Why's this needed?
There are effectively zero ways to get mime clothing outside of being a mime. If somebody where to splash your face with acid you will be a maskless loser forever. With this PR anybody that wants to be a mime can be a mime. With enough money. Though the price can change if it's seen to be needed. I put the price to be affordable by the clown at round start.

Mimes are just another type of clown.
Arguably higher-ranking in the clown hierarchy than the station clowns too, given that mimes are whiteface and the clown job is clearly an auguste.

pali6 merged this earlier today, so it's in now. Geoff Honkington now sells boxes of mime clothes, one with the bowler and scarf, one with the beret and suspenders.
