About the PR
so i wanted something to come of a discussion so i did some code. this doesnt change any mechanics (except for you cant throw sparks on harm intent with a baton now). just visual changes. when holding a baton on harm intent, it flips around so youre holding it by the head.

also this doesnt affect the ntso baton, this does affect the stun cane, this doesnt affect police baton

Why's this needed?
this is just to give some more visual feedback to harmbatons to make the feature less confusing when you get hit with it out of nowhere.
