The problem: the biofilter that prevents living objects from being sent into the loaf maker segment is stuck inside the maintenance areas where the chef has no access to. Plus the Chef must manually slice the pipe out and replace it with a different pipe. If a traitor chef wants to make soylent green loaf he will need that filter removed.
My suggestion: make the biofilter emaggable so it wont re-route living humans to the disposals.

I always just steal a pipe segment from the pipes right below it
