Loophole in standard borg laws, spooky - waffels5000 - 08-08-2013 Say you get your arm cut off, you die then become a borg. All of the sudden someone who needs an arm puts the arm on them selves wich you had cut off. All of the sudden the arm starts strangling them, they died. Wouldn't that be harming a human?
