Pocket satchels for civilians. A pocket sized storage item that holds pocket sized items, with a certain black list
Have a pocket sized bag for storing cash, cards, papers, and other small items

3 slots inside top and they should just be able to carry items like IDs, paper, pens, cash and coins.
