Add HoS safety blankie aka cape as an alternate cosmetic style of the jacket - Mopcat - 05-02-2020
I like the cape. It's cool, edgy, and/or badass. And I like it better than the jacket. Would love if it were an alternate cosmetic style of the jacket, similar to how sec and cap armor have different styles.

Safety Blankey, but it's actually also the full text of Space Law - when you use it in-hand it actually brings up the Space Law page, exactly like the book itself
