[Feature] power hammer/power pick use power cells - Tarmunora - 03-30-2020
Power hammers and power picks start with 100u cells in a similar manner to energy weapons. Attacking mobs and using the powerhammer special costs significantly more power than normal, to incentivize nefarious miners to make a custom power cell, while not punishing those who just want to mine. PR
