Rev Area Flash stuns through welding masks - Podrick Equus - 03-11-2020
It might work with normal flashes too, but I didn't get to test that.

It turns out that the masks spawn in the state that covers your face but without the approriate eye protection. Flipping the mask up and down fixed this but now you don't have to do that. Fixed.
