Stamped Bullion can sometimes be sold more than once to vendors - sartorius - 03-02-2020
When selling bullion sometimes the item will be taken and money will be received but the item itself won't vanish from the vendor's sale slot in the menu.

This is a bug with NPC traders in general. It's been mentioned twice already I think.
