[Feature]: Noir-Tech Glasses - Flaborized - 02-29-2020 Adds a pair of glasses to the detective's locker that activate Noir Mode for the person wearing them, making everything appear greyscale. There's no beneficial function, it's just a fun flavor item for a detective with Style In Mind.
