Lizard Tail Overlay Fix - phyvo - 02-19-2020
Previously, when facing upwards (away from the screen), lizard tails would appear to be coming out of the front of the lizard instead of their butt and go behind all the clothes. This adds a tail overlay to just that direction to genetics.dmi. It is called and applied in mutantraces.dm and update_icon.dm. I tested it locally and it works. It's not terribly complicated so it shouldn't break anything.

DMI file (containing just the overlay, which is added to genetics.dmi).
I'm not sure if this would be classified as a... feature? or a bugfix?
