When i've been playing borg recently sometimes my arms werent able to be removed. Picking a starter module seems to fix it.
Edit: Picking a starter module fixing the issue doesnt seem to consistantly be the case.

Can someone confirm if this is still a problem? I did some borg fixes a while ago and I think this might have been fixed by those.
