Regular PDAlights, instead of producing light, create a weird transparent random sprite on the tile directly southwest of your character. Other weak lights, such as gaurdbuddies, seem to have a similar bug.

this is that nasty sprite mixup Byond bug. I dont know too much about it but I'm not sure if its something we can directly fix.
for now, restart your byond client to get your sprites back to normal
