Title. Oshan doesn't have Big Yanks tug, meaning its impossible to claim bounties if this location gets picked. Very annoying.

Related, but "Medical Research" for the purposes of bounty turn-ins refers to Genetics. That could probably be clarified, since I assumed it meant Pathology.
