Set Vendor Output
- ports clickdrag to set output targets from manufacturers to vendors
- fixes silly manufacturer bug having to do with tables

finally I can load a crate with tons of burritos without having to take and drop them individually, some of them behind the machine
merge this asap it's a great qol feature
