I've been about to fix this but then I pondered.
Rather than fixing the location name to be that of the diner's, shouldn't the mining shuttle land at the now-relocated mining outpost rather than the diner?

Would make a lot of sense; you can still get to the diner from the mining outpost using the Bills' Bus anyhow

Currently, we've got a mining shuttle that goes to the diner, and then you take John's bus to the outpost, from the diner, which means its possible to travel from both the debris and asteroid belt z levels to the other, and to the station, meaning that if you're fortunate enough to survive spacing, you don't have to drift to another z to get back to the station, and possibly die to a drone. Making it land at the outpost would make sense, but if it did, I think it would be good to have another way of getting to the diner from the station, without using a pod, to replace it.
