Hover text in goon 1 translates monkey chimper - cyberTripping - 01-09-2020
Goon 1 has been experimenting with having speech appear over characters' heads. An npc monkey chimpered and the actual speech was visible over their head. Presumably would be the same if a player controlled monkey tried speaking.

It translates player monkey chimpers too; I think I have a screenshot somewhere of a player monkey going "Ignore the talking monkey too." after someone saw it translated Ghost Critter's speech too.

It also translates martian ambassador text in both directions.
