Riot Baton doesn't do stamina damage (?) - OMJ - 12-30-2019
Was able to knock someone down but they were able to call for help despite being beat down- iirc if their stamina's less than zero they're unable to call for help. Not sure if the riot baton not doing stamina damage is a bug or feature
