Bird critters no longer make speech bubbles or speech noises - phyvo - 12-22-2019
See title. The bird critters created by feather fluid (or presumably polymorph) no longer have speech bubbles when they talk and no longer make the chat noise. Minor or trivial. I assume this has something to do with the fix to antag critters that was pushed out recently.

I played another round and apparently the text bubbles are back in this one. Maybe it was a one off thing? I'll report back if I keep on running into it consistently or figure it out.
