[Feature] Birthday Supply Pack - UrsulaMejor - 11-22-2019 From this thread: https://forum.ss13.co/showthread.php?tid=13370&pid=142143 - Creates a supply pack for QM with birthday supplies - Implements birthday hats and red "duo" cups. Thanks for the sprites, Flaborized! NOTE TO MERGER: duo cups are based on paper cups + the fluid overlay handling from pitchers, but neither of these things support splashing fluids on the floor in 2016. There's likely some additional work there in porting that functionality over.
