make access-locked crates count as crates - drWoof - 11-15-2019
currently, access-locked crated count as lockers instead of crates ( you can't pick them up using forklifts, and you can move on top of them )
this really doesn't make sense, because: they look like a crate, but they don't REALLY act like a crate
