Can't do the *johnny emote with Johnny~~ clothes. - Studenterhue - 11-07-2019
As far as I know, the Johnny~~ overcoat and jumpsuit are supposed to let you do a *johnny emote, where you supposedly say "[name], please. He had a family." and then get a message about puffing on a cigarette and spelling something out in chat, as a reference to a particular piece of Zybourne Clock fan art. However, when I tried to them, nothing happened.
This occurred regardless of whether or not I had a cigarette in hand. I know it's not an invalid emote, because instead of telling me it was invalid and suggesting I do "me list" to pull up a list of valid emotes, the game simply did nothing. I don't know if it's been removed or anything, but I don't see any reason for it to have been.

It turns out that you have to supply a parameter to the emote for it to work. I made it so if you don't it picks a nearby mob at random.
