Let NTSO set their name at roundstart - AleksAdamska - 10-24-2019
I like the idea of dumb agent names for NTSOs, and I always find myself setting mine to "Hella Ella" before I join, so being able to do it after I join in like mimes and clowns already can would be fun, I think.
