Wizard's Scroll of Teleportation is Broken. - Urlance Woolsbane - 10-21-2019
The wizard's scroll of teleportation just won't work. It yields the message "[Player] has vanished" and a cloud of smoke, but the caster stays firmly in place.
FWIW, my first use of the proper teleportation spell failed too (again, it gave the message as if it was working), although every successive use of it worked.

The Wizard's Den, natch. I was relying on the scroll to get on to the station. Thankfully, a kind admin gave me the teleportation spell gratis.
