If you take drugs as a critter the rainbow effect never stops. - Skornzy - 10-18-2019
Regardless on if the drugs are still in you character's system, the rainbow effect on the screen will still persist. It does seem to go back to normal only for a few seconds before starting the rainbow again. It's very annoying.
1. Be a critter (in my case a cat).
2. Take cat drug.
3. Permanent screen rainbow.
