Should this be done, please fix the clear border you can see around the diner, escape dock, ect ect. It looks very odd to have a random divide in brightness between the diner and the surroundings..

Yea, I'm against this, I personally think that the darkness is rather overdone even for the time and it could be done better and different. As for keeping it, I can't agree to because it would make space adventuring just a lot harder than it already is and it is painful to see.

It's fine as a seasonal gimmick, but I'd hate for it to be permanent.
