see title, there's no past to connect future bill to present bill if present bill dies, so both die as time tries to correct itself. the only problem with this is the future key since i THINK it's a requirement for sol but i'm not sure

I don't believe that's confirmed and by extension this suggestion would be basically implementing lore which I don't know if will happen.
