Related to the above issue, the Nuke Op and NTSO helmets from the Nuclear Emergency game-mode also can not be removed if placed in your pocket. Occasionally you'll spawn with them if you take the Petasusaphilic trait

Bump, I just tested this out - you can remove shackles from your pocket (tested on main server), but could not remove an NTSO helmet from my pocket when I tested this on 2020 release.
