NTSOs can be Gang Members. - Joefesok - 09-14-2019
Title. Not sure how many other traitor roles they are eligible for.
Submitted as a bug since NTSOs as a role seem to be intended basically as secoff+ and I think should be antag-excempt with the same rules. Even if not, heads are gang-exempt, and NTSOs have head access.
