Uh, can you even choke in this game? I've never seen or heard of being able to choke on something.

Also I think you can choke while chugging bottles of pills.

Clearly, a choke mechanic should be added for when people eat too much food too quickly.
Make it curable with a drink too

Now this is something I can get behind. Making a status effect button for it would be easy and a check on drinking could have a chance to cure it or just spill the drink on the ground. Maybe help intent should do the heimlich and maybe check if punched in the chest.
