Plastic Utensils
- Added Plastic Forks, Knives and Spoons
- They are in Snack Machines and cost 1 credit
- They have a 20% chance to break doing most activities
- They are shitty as hell. Just the worst.
*small note; the knives no longer deal bleed damage
