We've all had fuck up's when playing this game but some fuck up's are bigger then other's. what do you consider to be your biggest failure

ling round where the crew had formed a small militia to take me down, pinning me down in my location in disposals. Critcally injured most of them, but had a sudden internet failure and reconnected either after or right before (cant remember) a crewmember had gotten close to suicide bomb me for the sake of the rest of the station. I think i survived barely and was able to start regenerative stasis, but the round was as good as over at that point
