Even when dead, the message "you have to be dead to use this, you goof" appears and then removes the reward from the claimable rewards.

Were you a ghost or still in your corpse? You have to be the former I think.

It worked for me 2 or 3 times. When i used it as a ghost, it would turn me into a ribbon on the spot it was ghosting over.
But trying to use it while alive seems to consume its one round use.

Is the ribbon supposed to have intents? I used grab to drag Father Jack in circles around a confused diner; the grab breaks when you move, but you can pull people on to your tile. It was funny, and would be hard to abuse, but I'm mentioning it in case it shouldn't happen.
