Title. Lings can sting/LSD/whatever thru knocked down state.
Expected result would be ling NOT being able to sting during knocked down state as it explicitly states 'Unable to take any actions, prone'.

this is not a bug, working as intended
unless using sting gives that failure message, in which case the message displaying is the bug.
