In particular, the area around the nose. This means if you teleport there as a wizard, there's a roughly 10-15% chance you'll be out in space. Thankfully immediately fixable by phase shifting, but should still probably be looked at.
I can only confirm this for Cog1, other maps should probably be checked.

Why is a wizard teleporting to the arrivals shuttle in the first place? It's clearly off limits for murder :thinking:

I teleport-ed there because of the recent diplomat wizard event on Goon 1. It seemed like the most reasonable place to go and oops, I'm dying now.
